Rental Term of Momentum Studio

1. Booking & Use of the Space

Momentum Studio is available by appointment only. Clients must book their session in advance. Access to the studio is allowed exclusively during the hours agreed upon in the reservation.

 

2. Payments & Cancellations

Payment is made in advance via IRIS or bank account. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the appointment. After this point, the amount is not refunded. The document (receipt or invoice) is sent after the appointment is completed.

 

3. Equipment & Materials

All equipment must be used with care and respect. Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the client.

4. Cleanliness & Behavior

The space must be returned in the condition it was found in. Smoking and drug use are prohibited in the space. Excessive noise that disturbs third parties is not permitted.

 

5. Personal Items

We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Please do not leave equipment on site after your reservation has ended.

 

6. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, the customer accepts all the above terms.
